When you submit the demo request form, we collect the information you provide: your name, work email, company, the area you're interested in, and any message you write. We do not collect this information any other way on this site.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your request, schedule a demo or assessment, and follow up about SanShield. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
What this site does not touch
This marketing website only handles what you type into the demo form. It does not receive your AI prompts, model outputs, or production traffic, and it is not connected to the SanShield Firewall.
Service providers
Form submissions are delivered to our team using a transactional email provider. That provider processes the message solely to deliver it to us. Hosting and analytics, if enabled, are covered by their respective agreements.
Retention
We keep demo requests for as long as needed to follow up and to keep records of the conversation, then delete them on a routine schedule. You can ask us to remove your information at any time.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted. Email us and we'll take care of it.
